What You'll Do:

As an Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced Lead Technicians to learn the HVAC trade hands-on.

• Assist with installing HVAC systems and ductwork
• Assist with Service Repairs, compressor & coil replacements
• Help with equipment setup, material handling, and job prep
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Learn proper techniques and safety standards
• Support lead Technicians to complete jobs on time and done right the first time
• Deliver a positive, professional experience to customers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license (or ability to get one soon)
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
