HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary: Air On Demand, a 20+ year established HVAC company in South Dade, is hiring experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians

We are looking for a motivated Technicians who can diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems, deliver 5-star customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

‍Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and service calls efficiently and accurately
• Communicate findings and present repair options to customers
• Deliver excellent customer service and build trust with homeowners
• Use ServiceTitan/iPad for dispatching, invoicing, and job notes
• Maintain clean, organized work vehicles and job sites

‍Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2+ years HVAC service experience (REQUIRED)
• EPA Certification
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR required)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Comfortable using tablets/iPads for field service software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation

• Pay: $50,000 – $100,000+ per year
• Bonus/Commission: Performance-based (uncapped)
